![]() ![]() (Confused why the person delivered the wrong meal was made to feel guilty?) Not a single member of the staff was helpful or accommodating. Said bartender then yelled across the room, "Who's eating a strange sandwich? That was my lunch!" and his colleague came by to tell us that he was 'very sad'. When one person received the wrong order, and didn't have faith the correct order was coming, she took a bite and was made to feel very bad about apparently eating the bartender's sandwich. To begin, the waitstaff asked us if we wanted to order multiple times after we had, in fact, ordered! We waited over 50 mins to get our food, finally receiving the incorrect orders several times. While the party was a bit large, we had an inordinately complicated meal. Most insane eating experience we've had in years. However, kudos to the kitchen for churning out tasty dishes, despite the temperature problems. It seems that this last issue, and the slow dining experience, is certainly attributable to an understaffed restaurant. Everything was either warm, or flat out cold. Either the plating warmers were ineffective or the kitchen did a bad job with plating at temperature, because not a single dish that the people at my table got was hot. In fact, that is a common theme with my entire parties dinner. I think the dish was good, but it would have been much better if it was served hot, at temperature. However, the chicken was very tender and juicy all the way through, and it was served with an interesting and rich curry like sauce. One main point of note is that there was no crispy skin present in this dish. The Mary’s Crispy Skin Chicken was my dish of choice, as I was craving something other than steak. ![]() The filet was actually very tasty, which was nice, as I often find some filet to be tender and lacking flavor. It had that same popping texture, but gave a delicious citrus flavor. The most interesting part about this dish was what I can best describe as yuzu marinated fish roe. The plating for all of the dishes was lovely, and the hamachi specifically has a dish that reminds me of a style dish ware used at high end sushi restaurants. There is also a number of sides and appetizers to order as well. The restaurant currently features an appropriate sized menu, featuring multiple cuts of steaks, and other meat dishes including scallops, chicken, duck, lamb, and pork. We rarely eat out, especially on vacation so this was a great treat! Thank you so much from a momma with kids who have food allergies!!ĭinner at Six Peaks Grille was certainly the best meal that I have had in this area. Our waitress double checked everything as well. They even informed us they would clean everything again knowing our allergies and cook our order separate to be sure. The hostess asked the cooks and checked everything for us. The kids couldn’t eat everything but most things were safe for them. We asked several more questions and informed them of our allergies and they were SO great! We have soy, sesame, peanut and tree nut allergies. It sounded safe so we showed up for dinner the next evening. This place was AWESOME in customer service along with being delicious! Our 15 year old daughter called the night before with questions. Consider making your visit during holidays too - the special menus offer seasonal cuisine. The food was so good! We got three pizzas and all were amazing! Our favorite was the pizza with cilantro and gouda cheese! We have several food allergies in our family and it’s hard to find places to eat and hard to find places that understand and are accommodating to our questions and concerns.
